Long Live Rock N' Roll Radio Stations

Radio is a brutal business, especially in the Rock N' Roll format.

I just heard that another long standing radio station, 96 Rock in Atlanta, just died.
I lived in Atlanta during the late 80's and loved this station.

It had been known as Project 961 for the last few years, but it was still hanging on as a champion of Rock until this week.

Take a quick minute this Labor Day Weekend and support your local FM Rock Stations.
They need all the help they can get.

Long Live WCSX in Detroit.
Long Live WRIF in Detroit.

RIP 96Rock in Atlanta.

  1. I remember growing up on KMET in LA during the 80's. Radio does need our support.

    1. Thanks for the comment Carlie.
I lived in L.A. in 1989, so I missed KMET.
